Deposit Registration Fee - £20 - inclusive of the registration of both the Landlord and Tenant(s) deatils with the deposit protection with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Organisation of professional Deep Clean prior to tenancy date - (£15 excluding cost of cleaning service)
